BEST Practices for working remote..when it’s not the Norm!

I’m Paul and personally not one that likes to work from home, too many distractions, not enough interaction with colleagues and the list goes on. Understanding how I prefer to work drove me to put together what my new mode of operation will be (now that the decision to work from home is not in my control) and started to jot down a few items. A few people have shared their thoughts with me so figured I’d share mine with everyone in the chamber.

Also, we are a technology company with tools that help remote workers effectively communicate, have meetings and keep on task. I took a look at what we could do to potentially help from a capability and cost perspective, short PDF attached which addresses this as well.
