Evergreen Forum – Fall 2020 Classes

PSRC ANNOUNCES NEW FALL EVERGREEN FORUM COURSES

Princeton, NJ “The Lady was a Spy,” “The Roots of Western Art,” and “The Supreme Court and Nationalism” are just a few of the courses that will be offered for the fall 2020 session of the Evergreen Forum, a program of the Princeton Senior Resource Center. Starting in September the program will offer twenty-one courses, all on Zoom, for adults that focus on science, literature, art, history, social studies, and culture.

Our returning instructors this fall include: Elaine Jacoby, who will be teaching “Voting Rights and the 2020 Elections,” Stuart Kurtz, who will teach “Case Studies in Science and Technology,” Lincoln Hollister, professor emeritus of geosciences at Princeton University, who will be offering a class called “Adventures in Geology, ” and Barbara Kirsh who will once again lead our popular course “Migrations: Continuing Stories.”

Registration is a first-come, first-served system. Online registration opens on August 4 at 9:30 a.m. at princetonsenior.org. Electronic brochures are available online on the PSRC website.

Classes begin the week of September 21 and meet once a week for two hours. ALL CLASSES WILL BE HELD ON ZOOM. Fees are $95 for a 6- to 8-week course, and $70 for a 3- to 5-week course. Senior Scholarships are available to those for whom the fee is a hardship.
