Panel Member: Mary Dauden
Mary is the mother of three teenagers and considers motherhood to be one of the greatest blessings in her life. She has a M.A. in International Economics and Political Science and over 15 years of experience on Wall Street. Navigating the delicate balance between work and family, she now works full-time as a financial manager for an exceptional medical practice, assisting parents of children diagnosed with severe scoliosis. Mary also volunteers as President of the Central NJ Princeton Chapter of Ellevate Network with over 300 members.

Panel Member: Joy Ann Lowery
Joy Ann is the mother of three and stepped out of her successful HR Career with a Reinsurance Company, just over seven years ago to focus on raising her family. While her family is her primary focus, she has grown a successful business as an Independent Consultant with Rodan + Fields, the number one Skincare Company in North America. Joy Ann volunteers at her children’s school and has served as the President of the Trenton Auxiliary Board of the Children’s Home Society of NJ for the past two years. Joy Ann has her B.A. in Sociology Human Services from Susquehanna University and her MBA from Rider University.

Panel Member: Susan Michel
Susan is the CEO and founder of Glen Eagle. A graduate of the College of Saint Elizabeth, Susan began her professional career as a teacher. She has successfully raised four children with love, encouragement and dedication in helping them to each reach their own personal goals. Her oldest son graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served two combat tours in the Middle East. Her other two sons each attended Yale University and her daughter graduated from the University of Notre Dame.

Panel Moderator: Carol Ann Michel
Carol Ann, vice president of retirement plans at Glen Eagle, is the daughter of Susan. Carol Ann serves on the National Board of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) and the University of Notre Dame Monogram Board. While an undergraduate at Notre Dame, she was a varsity rower. During her four years, Notre Dame won the BIG EAST title all four years. As a senior, she served as a captain and earned first team all-BIG EAST honors.
