Wellness Coaches Virtual Services

In response to COVID-19 and the growing challenges employers and their employees will face during this time of uncertainty, we have mobilized 100’s of our Wellness Coaches and Registered Dietitians to be available via Telehealth.  Now, more than ever, employees will need personalized support to overcome stress and anxiety, boost their immune system through proper nutrition habits, as well as manage competing responsibilities at home with remote work and caring for family members.

We are here to be that caring, dedicated resource for you!  Best of all, our Telehealth services are now available at no cost under many health plans.

Telehealth Nutritional Counseling Services

  • No Cost, No Co-pays, No Deductibles
  • Services provided by our Registered Dietitians
  • Currently available to employees with Independence Blue Cross, Aetna, and Cigna health plans

How to get started with Nutrition Counseling?

Simply send the Virtual Nutrition Flyer to interested companies and have employees follow our simple 3 step process to schedule appointment.  We can also proactively email flyer directly to employees if that helps employers.

Telehealth Wellness Coaching Services

  • Services often funded through the health plan
  • No start-up fees, no contracts, no minimum commitment
  • One-on-one direct access to one of our coaches
  • No cost or $30 per 30-minute session if no wellness funds are available

Virtual Group Webinars and Classes

  • Services often funded through the health plan
  • No start-up fees, no contracts, no minimum commitment
  • No cost or $250 per event if no wellness funds are available
  • Wide range of topics that can be provided weekly, including:
  • Nutrition Focused Seminars
  • Navigating the Supermarket
  • Boosting Immune System

How to get started with Telehealth Wellness Coaching & Virtual Group services?

First, determine if your client has available wellness funds.  Then call or email me to develop simple implementation plan.  We will assign a coach to begin providing services immediately.
